Fundraising

What is your role in your non-profit organization? Whether you are paid or volunteer staff, whether you are a gift planner, development officer or stewardship team member, why not provide your financial supporters the opportunity to make a charitable gift to your organization when they buy or sell a home? To take advantage of this opportunity, your donors will need access to essential information about your organization (including your federal tax identification number) and about the Fundraising With HomesTM program (including both a brochure and necessary forms).

We have worked hard to provide a simple, Three-Step Process for the Fundraising With HomesTM program:

  1. Add your charity for homebuyers and sellers to designate your organization.

  2. Promote the Fundraising With Homes program. Print, email and add to your website the Fundraising With Homes forms and marketing materials.

  3. Receive the charitable gift at the close of the real estate transaction.

Venice Realty, Inc. receives a fee only for this service. We do not make more if the sale is larger. For us, all transactions are treated the same.
